View Related Records
This is a function that gives the opportunity to see references that are assumed to deal with the same topic as the reference you started with. The assumption is based on references having several common references in the literature lists.
The feature assumes that the current reference has registered an ID number from Web of Science or U.S. National Library of Medicine and that you have access to a subscription to the Web of Science services.
There are three possible steps for this feature. They do the exact same thing, so find the method that best suits your workflow.

- Open the current reference in the EndNote library
- Click on the «View Related Records» button () on the toolbar
- The references appears in the «Web of Science» base in your default browser

- Mark the current reference in the EndNote library
- Select «Web of Science» from the «References» menu
- Select «View Related Records»
- The references appears in the «Web of Science» base in your default browser

- Mark the current reference in the EndNote library
- Right-click on the reference
- Select «Web of Science» from the menu that pops up
- Select «View Related Records»
- The references appears in the «Web of Science» base in your default browser
